Thank you so much for being here and for choosing to spend this time with your creativity. It takes intention to slow down, reflect, and make space for yourself, and that’s something worth recognizing. Whether you’re feeling inspired, overwhelmed, curious, or unsure, you’re welcome to show up exactly as you are.
These exercises are simply invitations - there’s no right or wrong way to create. You don’t need to be “good at art” for this to be meaningful. What matters most is the experience of expressing, noticing, and connecting with yourself along the way. Go at your own pace. Take breaks when you need to. Come back to these prompts whenever it feels right. Some exercises may bring up emotions. If anything feels overwhelming, it’s okay to stop.
We’re really glad you’re here.-----------------------
